I have decided that the spread of the corona virus is to uncertain to meet in person in the near future.  I think Illinois is doing fairly well, but the spread in other states makes me feel it would be irresponsible to expose people to indoor gatherings.

I want people of ever type of health level to feel free to come to the gathering.

This is an opportunity to meetup with other shamanic practitioners from the Chicago land area. There will be some time to discuss shamanic topics, some group drumming, and also shamanic journeys.

During this time we will have our drumming circle online.  You are welcome to join the zoom call early.

The drumming circle will be similar to our in person ones:

• Each of us will have a chance to introduce ourselves, and give a quick sense of how we’re doing.
• We will engage in conversation.
• We will do some group drumming.
• We will end with a shamanic journey.

I will also start this meeting with a quick overview of how zoom works, so everyone can feel comfortable around participating.

We may need to make some adjustments for group drumming.  I am investigating best practices.

Shamanic work is powerful, although we will be in different spaces, I will energetically bring us into the same space.

If in person:

Rock Soul Love has kindly offered us this space for free, so any donations you make will be offered to them for the space. Feel free to arrive early, the store is open until 7 PM and that will give you a chance to look at their offerings and talk to one another.

We will set up the space as a group at 7PM, and close our circle at 9.

We will begin around 7pm, you can join the Zoom meeting early.  We will try to wrap up around 9 pm, but sometimes we go a little longer while sharing our journeys.

All are welcome. Although some experience with shamanic journeying is good, we always make sure that beginners can easily participate too.
