Description:

This is a one day course to teach how to do the Shamanic Journey.  This is a pre-requisite for my other workshops (unless you have studied with another teacher.)

The journey is a powerful technique for personal growth and healing.  In this workshop you will learn how to journey, and you will meet your power animal and a spirit guide.  The technique and these teachers will support you after the workshop as you move forward on your spiritual path.  The journey is a tool which supports all life goals.  It is a way of directly accessing spiritual information.

Registration:
This class is open to everyone, but registration must be done through Joliet Junior College’s continuing education registration. Students can sign up for class when Winter registration begins 815-280-1555 to register.  The class number is LLC 3847 T1.  You should bring a bag lunch.

The college will contact you in the event a class is cancelled or moved.

What to bring:
A drum and/or rattle. (You can create a rattle by putting small stones/popping corn or similar in a water bottle.)
Something to cover your eyes while journeying.
A blanket and/or pillow so that you can be comfortable lying on the floor to journey.
A journal/notebook and pen to write down things you experience.
